This beautiful black and white photograph depicts perhaps the most famous structure on the Fleur du Lac estate. One of the first structures completed in 1935 by Kaiser's building crews, "Harbor House" was the center of boating and social life at the Estate. This is the earliest known photograph of Harbor House and was likely taken by Henry Kaiser himself in 1935. In this building in 1938, the Tahoe Power Boat Club was renamed the Tahoe Yacht Club and the current burgee design was adopted. Harbor House was later renamed The Yacht Club by fourth Fleur du Lac owner Fred Sahadi.
